The second cover is a pictorial cover incl. letter and a rare copy of the Penguin Special, the ship's newspaper dated 23 JAN 1947 from the NAVY SOUTH POLE EXPEDITION with penguin from the U.S.S. Philippine Sea to the USA with ship’s cachet on the reverse
