1882 CCC 30pa on 1pi rose, surcharged Type 9, block of four from remaindered stock used for postal accountancy purposes, with faded M/Sheet initials on each stamp (probably 'J.A.B' - Mr J.A.Bulmer, Island Postmaster) and cancelled by multiple strikes of Larnaca, d/stamps in red, pulled perf at left and some slight paper wrinkling.
