Belgium, Congo 1940: STANLEYVILLE 13.6.40 on 2x1,25F, corner cover "Georges Saveriades, Lowa" (Hellenism), sent to CAIRO via ABA 24.6.40. Delayed by the censorship "CENSURE CONGO BELGE" (with censor tape), the cover left Stanleyville on 18-6-40. Censored also in Egypt [WW2], R & F-VF
