Dateline Oct.27.18 and sender's address "V.S.S. Leonidas, US Naval forces, Base 25, c/o Postmaster N.Y.". 36 sub-chases and one tender (V.S.S. Leonidas) were at the American Bay on Corfu (Base 25) to attempt to confine Austrian submarines to the Adriatic Sea, scarce & F -cover minor faults
