1919 "Postgebiet Ober Ost Grodno", surcharged 40gr and overprinted "Poczta Polska" on Russia imperforate 1k orange, block of four, bottom stamps surcharge inverted, upper left stamp "V.P. Grodno" upright, upper right stamp overprinted counter clockwise 90 degrees, n.h., but each stamp initialed "N" (Lt. Bauer), hence considered "used with manuscript mark", minor wrinkles, fresh and v.f., with 2020 Tobias Huylmans certificate ("a very rare and according to my records the only known tete-beche multiple")
