1861 4a reddish purple, slightly dried gum, minor creases, otherwise v.f. example of this rare stamp, which was issued for usage throughout India where there were no telegraph offices. Due to bad publicity, most people were unaware of the existence of these stamps and the majority of stamps were withdrawn in 1869 and overprinted "Court Fee" for fiscal use,
