1850 1fr dull orange red, margins all around, good color, uneven in places, but clear and including portion of adjoining stamp at bottom, tied by "2798" small numerals (Sancergues) in dots on large piece, with corresponding 4 January 1854 cds alongside (late usage for the 1fr vermilion), fine example of this popular rarity, with 1954 ("Vermillon Vif") and 2011 Brun certificates (YT 7a, Euro 26,500)
