D.Dykstra/Maskat, Arabia" altered to "Bahrein" in manuscript, violet "Passed Censor Bombay", envelope additionally opened and resealed by red "Opened by Censor" label, with 1.3.15 Bombay Inland Registration Dept. arrival, cover roughly opened, with some toning on reverse, rare India used in Kuwait cover which originated in Bahrain, with 2015 BPA certificate
