Libya Ottoman period, cover sent from "TRIPOLI D'AFRIQUE 3 28-9-911" to Masrata (Misurata). This cover of "commercial invoice" (in Arabic on the right-bottom) send to Mr Abdalla El Mabrouc El Giani in Misurata, traveled in the days that italian military forces disembark for the occupation of Tripolitania. For this reason the postmaster write " Impossible to forward, return to sender" (in Arabic on the middle of the cover with arrow). Historical piece for exibition with the rare cancel Tripoli n°3.
