SHIP NO CHARGE TO BE RAISED". Despite the indication of free mail the cover was taxed and de-taxed perhaps because of the blue seal "Representative P. & O. B.I. - DOHA - PERSIAN GULF" which also attests its origin together with the handwritten note by the recipient "First from Persian Gulf". RPSL Photocertificate. EXTREMELY RARE, TWO COVERS RECORDED WITH THIS SEAL.
