Received in Bombay with docket "received 26/12/43" and "forwarded 1/1/44" and redirected to Liverpool. Annotated "via Marseilles". Rated at "2/3" with INDIA alongside paying the India rate. Arrived with "8 FE 1844" cds. Entire, trimmed, not affecting the key markings. 

早期東西方通信。1843年, 從澳門寄往印度孟買, 銷罕見的“澳門英國代辦處”郵戳, 12月26日到達, 並在1844年1月1日轉投英國利物浦, 經馬賽港, 批注郵資“2/3”（2先令3便士）, 2月8日到達。
