Daily Return (with cover) from the Royal Dispatch Office recording a.o. an incoming mail from the Viceroy of Kuldja, Xinjiang, to the Emperor, originated on 29th day, 7th month. All royal mails were channeled through the Royal Dispatch Office, and a Daily Return was reported to the Ministry of the Army. Kuldja-Peking was the longest courier route within the Empire.
