E.C. 18 AP 99", slight unobstrusive vertical crease. Top stamp showing variety "Line over top right 'I' square broken and line under 'M' square thin and broken" which occurs on the stamps of late printings. Signed A.Diena and certificate Louis BPP "otherwise in a fresh and perfect state of preservation".
