Uprated by 1902, 1 Ch. lilac (2), 5 Ch. red rose for the 12 Shahis letter rate abroad, tied by "TABRIZ 5/2" postmark to Moscow, Russia with russian transit Jan. 31 (Julian = Feb. 13, 1903) and arrival of Moscow "5/19-03/II" = 13 Feb 1903 of Gregiorian calendar. Vertical bend.
