1886: Penang postage due handstamp "14" (Proud UP18) on back of Indian p/s envelope ½a. used from Amritsar (June c.d.s.) to Penang with '26 June' arrival dater, underpaid with circular "T" hand-stamp and the "14", forwarded via Dutch packet (Ned-Ind-Penang c.d.s.)bearing Netherl. Indies postage due 15c. and 20c. (SG D105+D106) tied by numeral hand-stamp (not accepted) and forwarded to LABUAN. Very rare only one other hand-struck "14" Penang postage due hand-stamp recorded (1885).
