Dec.): Compulsory War Tax stamp 5f. new blue & cobald used on cover from Bahrain to England franked by 'Human Rights' 60f. tied by "BAHRAIN/10 DE/73" c.d.s., with bilingual boxed h/s "2ND CLASS AIR MAIL" in violet alongside, no further postmark. Although the Tax stamp has not been cancelled, it was used correctly on mail since the tax was introduced in early October 1973. A SCARCE STAMP ON COVER.
