1902 Combination franking of Ceylon 1899 6c. rose & black and German Reich Germania 10pf. used on picture postcard (Tooth of Buddah) from Colombo to Hiltrup, Germany via Penang, tied by "DEUTSCHE SEEPOST/OSTASIATISCHE-/HAUPTLINIE/19 11" c.d.s., with Penang transit dater and Hiltrup '13.12.02' arrival c.d.s. alongside. Postcard with light traces of use and ageing but still good. An unusual franking.
