1900 Two Indian postal stationery envelopes ½a. green used from Kanadukathan to Saigon via Colombo and Singapore, both franked insufficiently and getting French Colonies postage due stamps on arrival, one with two singles 20c. black, the other with 20c. and 30c. black, all tied by Saigonl c.d.s., transit and arrival datestamps on the reverse. Both envelopes with parts of edges incomplete otherwise good/fine.
