1871 'Large Tiger Head' 1 shahi black used along with British East India 1865 ½a. pale blue (SG 55) on small cover to India, with the typical cancellation consisted of tearing a piece from the stamp, while the Indian stamp was tied by a mostly indistinct strike of a blue c.d.s., sent via the northern Landikhana-Peshawar route and bearing a red hexagonal d/s "PESHAWAR/NO 3/71". An early and scarce combination cover.
