POST, MOSTAR, 8/I/00”, “SIBENIK, SEBENICO, 11/1/00” arrival adjacent. N.B. On 1st Jan 1900 the currency changed to HELLER values although old KREUZER was legitimately used during the transitional period at DOUBLE RATE, therefore 2½ Kr was equal to the required postage of 5 Heller. Very scarce.
