Air Mail envelope written from Namtu, Northern Shan States endorsed 'Lashio-Calcutta-UK' addressed to England bearing Burma SG 24, 2a carmine, SG 29, 8a myrtle and SG 30, 1r blue and purple tied by Lashio double ring '14th April 42' triangular 'Passed X Censor / 24' hand-stamp on reverse in violet and transit via Calcutta with 'Opened by censor' label tied by framed 'Crown / Passed / DHA/9' hand-stamp on face. Nice cover carried by C.N.A.C. on one of the last mails out of Lashio.
