Marken dieser Serie wurden postamtlich nicht verausgabt. Sie erhielten den Aufdruck, bei Vorlage der Urmarken durch Postkunden, am Schalter. Signiert "EKeiler" und Fotoattest Krischke ÷ 1941, 30 K Agricultural Exhibition "Moscow Pavillon" (Soviet Union Mi.766) with overprint "Laisvi/Alsedziai/24-VI-41", mint never hinged with original gum, VF condition. Stamps from this serie were not officially issued. These stamps were overprinted just at the post office counter after being submitted by customers.
