1862 Destination SPAIN: Folded cover from Christianssund to Bilbao, SPAIN via Svinesund and France, franked by 'King Oscar I.' 1857 2sk. orange-yellow and 1856 8sk. dull lake horizontal strip of three, all tied by "CHRISTIANSSUND/31/1/1862" cds, with boxed "PP" in red French transit dater and Spanish handstamp "4R." in blue on front, sender oval, resp. transit datestamps as well as '16 FEB 62' Bilbao arrival cds on the reverse. The cover with a usual horiz. fold below stamps, still fine. AN ATTRACTIVE FRANKING ON A FINE COVER, AND A GOOD DESTINATION.
