D'ITALIE/ ROME " (S.P.R2) used by the General Headquarter Commandant Failly in Rome, dated 3 April 1870 cds alongside. Marseilles arrival on reverse. Exceptionally rare - two or three covers reported. ÷ 1858 Occupazione di Roma, lettera diretta a Marsiglia, affrancata con 20c Napoleone Lauré annullato da losanghe CP rosso "CER", recante in rosso "CORPS EXP. RE. D'ITALIE/ ROMA " (S.P.R2) utilizzato dal Comandante della Direzione Generale Failly a Roma, datato 3 aprile 1870 cd a lato. Marsiglia arrivo sul retro. Eccezionalmente rari - due o tre lettera segnalate.
