Envelope addressed to Madagascar bearing SG 136a, 3c orange and SG 139a, 15c carmine tied by Victoria date stamp 'Ju 1st' with hand-struck 'Passed by Censor/Seychelles No 2' on face and 'Opened by Censor/N 325' with Diego-Suares/Madagascar arrival '30th Juin' forwarded via Tananarive '8/10' to Ambohimahiso '23rd Nov' on reverse. Very scarce item of Seychelles censorship travelling 6 months before arrival.
