Stampless envelope addressed to France cancelled by circular 'Mission Militaire Francaise au Hedjaz/Le Chef de Mission' on face in violet with hand-stamp 'Ministere des Affaires Etrangeres' and Paris arrival '10th Jan 1917' and endorsed 'Colonel Bremond, Djeddah, S.P. 601' on face. Colonel Bremond was the French Chef of the Detachment in Saudi Arabia. A very rare item from Colonel Bremond to his wile in Paris.
