Stampless envelope addressed to France cancelled by circular 'Mission Militaire Francaise en Egypte/Le Chef de Mission' on reverse in violet with bilingual Djedda/5 date stamp on reverse with 'Controle Post Militaire' label tied by oval 'Ouvert Par L'Autorite Militaire/304'. Colonel Bremond was the French Chef of the Detachment in Saudi Arabia. A very rare item from Colonel Bremond to his wife in Paris.
