1945/1947 "Allied Occupation of Venezia Giulia (AMG VG)". Impressive exhibition collection starting with transition period May to September 1945, followed by an extensive display of the four tarif periods for domestic mail (which includes Italy) and the three tariff periods for foreign mail. May rare items - multiple of them signed by experts like Sorani and Raybaudi - are included, including e.g. samples without value, packet cards, return receipts, etc. airmail and censored mail section complete the exhibit.
In addition to the exhibit there are two folders with additional covers, most of them described and sorted by post offices - this "spare" section also includes rare items.
AMG VG was a small area (only parts of the Provinces Trieste and Goriza) which partly became the TRIESTE A zone (AMG FTT) in October 1947.
