1859/1865 "FIRST ISSUES": Specialized collection of 90 items including mint stamps and multiples, used stamps and covers, with a lot of scarce, rare or unique items like 1859 ½r. yellow from 1st local printing mint (Heister cert.), various bisected stamps, stamps on bluish or greenish paper, largest known multiples, scarce/rare/unique postmarks, a wide range of covers showing single, multiple or mixed frankings, rare cancellations and destinations, and many more, plus unique sheets of essays for first issue, sheet of 100 of 1859 ½r. orange, one of only three known sheets of 1859 1r. blue, and a complete sheet of postal forgery of 1863 ½r.
