1926, registered cover send by the Japanese embassy in Istanbul addressed to Berne, franked by a horizontal pair of the 5 Piastre violett on front and two strips of five of the 1 Piastre lila, all stamps wied by bilingual "PERA GRAND RUE 30.1.926", large chrysantme wax seal on reverse as well as "BERN 4.II.26" arrival. Very decorative.
