1959/1966, "Postage Stamp Materials Specimen File" book in green with dove/postal logo embossing. Includes all stamps, most fiscals and many s/s or postal stationery issued in the period ovpt. "mihon" (specimen). Mounted to blanc fields with preprinted "number of noticiation", "date of notification" and "day of issuance" and the dates plus technical data (size, paper colour) entered by hand. Right-to-left sequence. One stationery cut out, some stationery soiling, book spine broken.
