1928 Postal stationery registered envelope 10m. carmine, printed by Harrison & Sons, London used to Anvers, BELGIUM in 1931, uprated 54m. (King Fouad 3m. two blocks of four and 15m. pair) tied by "ALEXANDRIA/30 V 31" c.d.s., partially stained otherwise good. A VERY RARE P/S REGISTERED ENVELOPE USED. In addition a similar envelope printed by Thomas De La Rue in 1922 (used to Germany), for comparison.
