1914: 20 Pf. violett-ultramarin, 25 Pf. rötlich-orange/schwarz auf gelb sowie 1 Mark dunkelrot, zusammen auf eingeschriebenem Brief von «ANECHO | TOGO | 23 12 16» nach Basel mit rückseitigem Ankunftsstempel «BASEL 4 | 9.II.17 | ST JOHANN». Die Marken sind jeweils mit schwarzem Aufdruck 'TOGO | Anglo-French | Occupation' durch die katholische Mission in Lome versehen, 1 Mark in Type I (3 mm Zeilenabstand) und 20 Pf. sowie 25. Pf. in der wesentlich selteneren Type II mit 2 mm Zeilenstand. Darüber hinaus hat der 20 Pf. Wert den AUFDRUCKFEHLER 'zweites "O" von "TOGO" fehlt', der im 100er-Bogen nur an den Positionen 37 und 87 vorkommt. The adhesives have the black overprint 'TOGO | Anglo-French | Occupation' by Catholic Mission at Lome, 1 Mark Type I (3 mm line spacing) and 20 Pf. as well as 25. Pf. the rare Type II with 2 mm line spacing. In addition, the 20 Pf. stamp has the OVERPRINT ERROR ' second "O" of "TOGO" missing', which occurs only at positions 37 and 87 of a sheet of 100. Certificates British Philatelic Association (1937), Georg Bühler (1993), Royal Philatelic Society (1993), Pascal Scheller (2018). ÷ 1914: 20 Pf. outremer, 25 Pf. rouge orangé/noir sur jaune et 1 Mark rouge foncé, ensemble pour la lettre recommandée de «ANECHO |TOGO | 23 12 16» à Bâle avec cachet de la poste d'arrivée à l'arrière «BASEL 4 | 9.11.17 | ST JOHANN». Les timbres sont marqués avec l'empreinte noire 'TOGO | Anglo-French |Occupation de la Mission Catholique à Lomé, 1 marque en Type I (3 mm d'espacement) et 20 Pf. ainsi que 25 Pf. dans le très rare type II avec un espacement de 2 mm. De plus, la valeur de 20 Pf. ne tient pas compte de la deuxième ERREUR D'IMPRESSION "O" de "TOGO", qui ne se produit que dans la feuille 100s aux positions 37 et 87.
