Naperville Area Stamp Club

The Naperville Area Stamp Club that has about 50 active members from several Chicagoland western suburbs.
We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month (unless its a holiday) at the Trinity Lutheran Church Rte. 53 and 58th street in Lisle. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m.and there is some type of stamp related activity at almost every meeting.
Our yearly schedule includes 4 auctions which are held in the church gym.Our next auction is August 7th. We have various live and slide presentations, show and tell, assembling monthly club newsletter etc. Additionally we have a summer picnic and a Christmas dinner. We also participate in a yearly Civil War Days celebration in near-by Naperville. At this event we set up a 2 frame stamp exhibit related to the Civil War and distribute packets of stamps to children.
Annually we co-host a stamp show with the Joliet Philatelic Club with both clubs exhibiting frames and there are around 15 stamp dealers giving members and guests an opportunity to buy or sell postage stamps of the world
