Three red ovpts "SPECIMEN" over signatures and two over values. Four vertical perfins "CANCELLED". Stamped number "57" on top left margin. Printed by ABNC. Inside holder by PMG "Choice Uncirculated 64 / Closed Pinholes". (Hellas 119s) & (Pick 97s).
