6 Covers sent to the Israelite Philanthropic Association in Buenos Aires between 1948 and 1949 from the Sociedad de Protección a los Inmigrantes Israelitas of La Paz and Cochabamba. Very interesting, at that time these associations promoted the relocation of European Jews in South America after the war, VF general quality!
