Packer at the House of Assembly, tied by "Hobart / Tasmania" duplex (21 Sept 1882) in black with arrival of same day on reverse. The addressee F.A. Packer was the great uncle of Sir Frank Packer of Consolidated Press and great, great uncle of Kerry Packer.
