The stamp is on all sides full- to partial with wide margins cut and red ink cancelletion with the initials "A. C. M. " of the postmaster from New York.  Lot 109 - Special Catalogue "Exclusive items" ddr - Auktionshaus Schlegel 26 Public Auction1953, Überweisungskarte (Zustellkarte) über die Zustellgebühr von 9 Paketen im Landzustellbezirk Gotha und die Erhebung von Nachgebühren in Höhe von 118 Pfennig. Der Gesamtwert 3,88 M. wurde verrechnet mit Dauerserienwerten aus Köpfe, Pieck und Fünfjahresplan. Die Entwertung erfolgte mit "(15) GOTHA r 23.12.53". Die Marken befinden sich in einwandfreier Qualität, die Stempel sind zeitgerecht. Das Formular war gefaltet, ohne die Marken zu berühren. Diese Formblätter dienten der internen Gebührenverrechnung und mussten nach der vorgeschriebenen Lagerdauer von 2 Jahren vernichtet werden.
