1d yellow-green SG 6, margins close to good, unused, Cat £7000. A very rare stamp: only a handful of unused examples across both shades have been recorded.
6d bright ultramarine SG 141 1) Perf 10x11œ-12œ horizontal pair, the upper-third of the vertical perfs gauge 11œ & the lower two-thirds gauge 12œ, unused; and 2) Perf 10x11œ vertical pair with the central perfs misplaced so Reperforated Perf 11œ creating an unlisted Mixed Perf variant, large-part o.g.; Cat £320++.
2d pale red SG 24a with "squiggle" manuscript cancel on cover to North Adelaide, lmanuscript "PO/Pt Macdonnell/21 March 1861" at upper-left, poor Mount Gambier & fair GPO transit b/s. Superb! Opened late-1860. [Apparently the post office "furniture" had still not arrived. A similar cover sold for $391 at our auction of 23/9/2011]
