½ Neugroschen on grey, 2 Neugroschen on matt Prussian blue and 3 Neugroschen on yellow, all with full to large margins and fresh colours, with no. "1" and adjacent despatch datestamp "DRESDEN 13 JUL. 58" and two values with overlapping red transit postmark "TOUR T. FORBACH...", on a small envelope to Paris, with a stated additional franking of "2½" Neugroschen. Further reverse transit and arrival cds. on the reverse. An exceptionally late use and the only known fully franked foreign letter of the Frederick August issue.
