1941, PSC 3 c. from KANDY/Ceylon addressed to the Catholic Mission at Kinghsien, Hopeh, North China, taxed "90 c" and consequently three Chineses postage due stamps 30 c. x3 applied on arrival. With censor mark of COLOMBO. Very fine and attractive.
