Unissued Land und Leute 6-40 Gr., each in a complete printed sheet of 140 values, the left part in 4x10 size, the right part in 10x10 size. The upper margins of the left part with row value numbers "0,30 - 1,20", the right part in the upper margin with inscription "GENERALGOUVERNEMENT DEUTSCHE POST OSTEN", between the left and right part 1zehn gutter pairs. 6-24 gr. each with mint never hinged left part of the sheet (40 stamps (postage stamp)), the 100 gr. sheets folded over and glued together in the centre, 40 gr. mostly adhered to album sheet resp. the 100 gr. sheet also glued together. 6-24 gr. fold mark in margin, partly some separated perfs resp. creased. The limitations without any significance, probably the only complete sheet still in existence and one of the important rarities, detailed certificate Sieger BPP (2003)
