Some countries are particularly strong and some highlights are GB 1854-57 perf 14 2d pair, surface printed with plate numbers, 1873-80 8d, 1880-83 4d v.f.u. and 1s both plates, 1883-84 2s6d to 10s fine used, 1884 £1 brown-lilac (clipped perfs at bottom), QV and Edward good bi-coloured defins, Edward 2s6d to 10s, v.g.u., 1918-19 BW 10s fine used, 1929 PUC £1 very fine used, 1934 re-engraved f.u., good Official incl. Govt. Parcels 1887 and 1891 9d and 1s values v.g.u., Antigua 1932 Tercentenary to 5s v.f.u., Australia good Heads and Roos, 1930's commems, Basutoland 1933 to 10s v.f.u., Br. Levant high values, Burma 1937 15r (short corner perf), Canada, COGH incl. Vryburg 2½d on 2½d (damaged upper left), Ceylon, Cyprus 1934 set, Dominica 1923-33 to 5s, Falkland Is 1912 3s, 1929 2s6d, Gold Coast, India to high values, Ireland to 5s, KUT 1922-27 10s and £1 with LAW COURTS cds cancels; Volume 2 from Mauritius is less well filled and some parts have been picked, but noted are Morocco Agencies incl. high values, New Zealand, Nyasaland 1913 £1 f.u., 1921-33 to 10s (ex. 2s6d) v.g.u., Rhodesia, St. Lucia, Malayan States, etc. Condition is naturally rather mixed but in addition to the better stamps mentioned there are many nice intermediate value items which will take the total Catalogue Value to a high figure.
