1891 Bisect Provisional ½d on UR half of QV 1d brownish claret, error opt DOUBLE, with 2 clear strikes one of which ties the bisect to the piece! Together with 2 unoverprinted 1d claret, tied by cork cancel. Opt from special printing supplied by PO to collectors after 10 Sept 1891. VFU. SG 13(var). Rare as only several double opts are known.
