Charged '10' bani due upon arrival in blue manuscript with "Galati" datestamp (Nov 28) also on obverse. The famous Julius Steindler collection contained no DDSG usages on covers from Tulcea. Rare.

Reverse with arrival cds and charged "20" bani due in red manuscript. Adhesive crossed by file fold but a fine and extremely rare entire. Signed Herbert Bloch, Edwin Müller. Certificate O. A scarce and most attractive usage.

DONAU / DAMPFSCHIFFAHRT / SILISTRIA" handstamp used as despatch in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 918). "BAZIAS" cds of tranit (July 26) and charged "10" kreuzer due in blue crayon. Pesth arrival cds (July 27) on reverse. A rare usage, only this stamp is known with this cancellation on cover.
