10 c. blue, 2 diagonal bisects of different stamps, both with large margins, used together, looking like an ordinary stamp, tied by target handstamp to letter sheet from " SANTIAGO 10 SBRE 55" to Valparaiso. A very fine and extremely unusual letter. Certificates Maier (1983) and BPA (1992) (Scott 5d)

Lithographed 5 c. pale red brown, horizontal strip of six, the right stamp touched at right and the neighbours stamp touched at upper right, otherwise full to mostly large margins (tiny tear between two stamps of no importance), tied by target to letter sheet with red cds. "SANTIAGO 14 NBRE 54" to Valparaiso. A very fine and outstanding entire; the largest recorded strip of this scarce stamp on cover. (Scott 7)

Lithographed 5 c. brown with the dramatic lithographic transfer flaw 'squeezed CENTAVOS' with just the "S" of "CENTAVOS" showing and base (Blank 5/Vt ½), leaving a 'Dwarf stamp' of only 21 instead of 23 mm in height.
