Cover 3 Kreuzer rose, with additional franking 1868, 1 Kreuzer green, 4 single values glued as strips, with franking mark "CARLSRUHE STADTPOST 26 APR" to Mainz. Inconspicuous horizontal fold through the postage paid and tear into the postmark due to improper opening. A scarce and quite attractive combination.

Cover 3 Kreuzer rose with additional franking 1868,1 Kreuzer green, horizontal strip of three, pair and 2 single pieces, all fresh colours and perfect perforated, with neatly applied DKr. "CARLSRUHE 4NOV." (1871) to Florence with arrival postmark. The postage paid is fine, the envelope cleaned, the addressee's name repainted and a tear in the backflap repaired. A unique and extremely attractive franking combination. Certificate Stegmüller BPP (2023)

Cover 3 Kreuzer rose with additional franking Switzerland 1862, 5 C. brown, with neatly on and next to bridge cancellation "SCHAFFHAUSEN 21 IX 68" to the district rabbi Schott to Bühl, with reverse oval cancellation "SCHWEIZ über BADEN" and railway postmark "BASEL-KONSTANZ". The stamp (postage stamp) some tooth shortenings and two inconspicuous tears, otherwise perfect. One of only 2 registered mixed frankings of this type. Certificate Stegmüller BPP (2023)
