Reverse with Vienna arrival (May 5) in black and Jacob Marmorosch / Bucarest green and gold wafer seal. A scarce and attractive entire.

Galatz 1867: 10 s. blue, a horizontal pair used on 1869 registered cover to Bürgstein in Bohemia, neatly tied by "GALATZ" three line dated circular datestamp (Jan 1) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 745); with framed "RECOM / No. 2" manuscript filled handstamp alongside (second registered item of the year) in black (fig. 747). Reverse with Bürgstein arrival cds (Jan 7) in black. Slightest of peripheral aging but a rare and most attractive usage.

Reverse with Czernowitz cds (April 13), Venice cds and Genova arrivals (April 17). A most attractive example of the Lloyd 23 soldi rate for under 15 grams.

Giurgevo 1867: 5 s. red and 10 s. blue, used examples on 1868 entire letter endorsed "Via Varna" to Athens, Greece tied by fine "GIURGEVO" circular datestamp (Oct 13) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 748). Italic "P.P." applied in Varna in transit in black, and charged 20 lepta due for inland delivery with fine 1862/67 20 l. pale blue on blued tied by "Athens" cds (Oct 14j). Reverse with Constantinople Austrian P.O. cds (Oct 17) and Piraeus and Athens cds's. The adhesives crossed by light file fold in no way detracting from the stunning appearance of a rare and most attractive entire.
