Italic "P.P." applied in Varna in transit in black, and charged 20 lepta due for inland delivery with fine 1862/67 20 l. pale blue on blued tied by "Athens" cds (Oct 14j). Reverse with Constantinople Austrian P.O. cds (Oct 17) and Piraeus and Athens cds's. The adhesives crossed by light file fold in no way detracting from the stunning appearance of a rare and most attractive entire.
