I. D." (Porto Lettere I Distribuzione) on back, also "4" rate mark, signed Sismondo, with his 2009 certificate (The town of Lonato was liberated from Austrian rule by Piedmontese troops in 1859 and stamps of Sardinia remained in use only for a short period of time.
