Obverse with undated EASTCLIFF, Cornwall handstamp and DOVER (Nov 3) arrival cds in reddish black, forwarded to London, then a second time within London and franked with two Penny Red, tied by barred numerals, the reverse with a plethora of London datestamps in red.
